Please find the relevant information here below. If you wish to submit any original contributions, kindly send us your work by May 31st 2010. All articles undergo peer review based on initial editorial screening and anonymous refereeing, with a final feedback by September 30th 2010.

CALL FOR PAPERS: Issue No. 8 of Le Simplegadi
Title: Words in Dialogue: Connecting Languages, Cultures and Literatures.We especially welcome innovative contributions which can promote ‘equalitarian’ and collaborative principles and practices towards individuals, societies, literatures and cultures from a multiplicity of points of view: ‘hybridisation’ of languages and literatures, migrant writing, intercultural and transcultural identities and subjectivities, postcolonial studies and subaltern studies, etc. The main aim is to promote discourse practices of partnership and mutuality as viable alternatives to ‘dominator’ models of culture.Contributions should focus on these areas of interest and conform to any of the following three main sections of the journal: articles, book reviews and creative writing. Le Simplegadi follows a multilingual policy and contributes to linguistic diversity: articles in languages other than English are therefore welcomed. Submissions must conform to the guidelines that can be found on the website of the journal (http://all.uniud.it/simplegadi/ under the link Notes for Contributors). Authors should submit an abstract in the language of the article and in English.
