I am a dramaturge, translator and theoretician specialized in cultural and performance studies. My primary research interests are theory and history of performing arts, semiotics of culture, cultural studies, contemporary live arts and literature, specifically the interaction between the two fields. Currently I am a dramaturg of the Mladinsko Theatre in Ljubljana and associate professor for Dramaturgy and Performance Studies at Academy for Theatre at University of Ljubljana, where I teach also Sociology of Theatre and Drama.
